After receiving your referral, our team will get in touch with you to talk about your goals and book an initial appointment.
If you would prefer to make a referral over the phone, or you would like a referral form emailed to you, please contact us instead.
Please note that we currently only see self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. If you are NDIA managed and make a referral to Stellar Speech & OT, we will keep you on a waitlist and contact you with recommendations for registered providers.
